Here we go!!

I thought I would start this out and here is a picture for us to strive after. Plus it is a cool picture!

Yeah, so I posted and forgot my password and so I had to reset it and now I will repost: I worked out this morning and for strength training did DB fly's and DB presses, with some push-ups thrown in there. For the interval training it was difficult but rode the bike and got her done. The only thing that is still an issue is my eating habits, not so much what I eat but but when I eat. It is still hard to eat 6x a day, will work on that, so yeah it's on like donkey kong!!!!
